Just completed NATE For WOD WED! 16 rounds as RXED. Im 34 year old Male. 5′7″, 170 lbs. Weve got it on video as well. KB SWINGS Sucked overhead!
How do you see the wodwed results. Harbor City Crossfit 12 rds + 3 KB dip bar hspu pull ups/ ring dips 36 lb kb

15 rounds + 4PU/Dips + 4 HSPU 4PU/4Dips Bar HSPU 50# DB (8 rnds) rest with 35# KB.
I had to sub a 50lbs kettlebell for the swings because that was all I had, so I upped the reps on the swings to 12. Here is what I did:
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of: 2 muscle ups 4 hand stand push ups 12 kb swings, 50lbs
I got 12 rounds plus one more muscle up.
