    This week it’s Men 20-30 yrs old and Women 30-40 yrs old fighting it out in the two divisions in the Wednesday WOD on www.crossfit.com. As always, on the honor code.

      Highest score/best time for the Wednesday WOD in each divisions wins.

        The RULES:
        - To be eligible all entrants must be registered for FGB IV and have raised a minimum of $50.
        - Times/Scores must be posted in comments at www.crossfit.com AND here on the WODWED post: https://fgb4.org/2009/08/25/wodwed-rules/
        - Include your name, age, score/time and gender when you post.
        - This week’s award is a a Forged t-shirt. www.forged.com
        - Style subject to availability.
        - Winner will be notified by email

            I had to sub a 50lbs kettlebell for the swings because that was all I had, so I upped the reps on the swings to 12. Here is what I did:

            As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
            2 muscle ups
            4 hand stand push ups
            12 kb swings, 50lbs

            I got 12 rounds plus one more muscle up.

            well, not sure if there is a challegne this week, but here is my time:
            male/30yrs/140 bw/5′6″

            4 rounds:
            100ft walking lunge 30 lbs db’s
            30 box jumps 24″
            20 weighted pull ups 30 lbs

            time 20;10 rx’d

            WOD WED 9/9/09

            As Rx’d for women weight

            20# dumbells walking lunge steps
            24″ box jumps
            20# weight vest pull-ups

            28:30 (4 minutes worse than last time.)

            Last time I did this wod in 24:53 as Rx’d.

            My CrossFit partner (Michael) is gone till Friday. I haven’t done a CrossFit WOD by myself for a long time. Definitely is difficult to push yourself hard without no body next to you to compete with. I need my CrossFit partner back!!!

            I just realized why it took me so long on the wod today. I was carrying 20# dumbells (one on each hand) overhead instead holding it on the shoulders. So stupid!
