Highest score/best time for the Wednesday WOD in each divisions wins.

Shane Gibson, 30 year old male.
I had to sub a 50lbs kettlebell for the swings because that was all I had, so I upped the reps on the swings to 12. Here is what I did:
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
2 muscle ups
4 hand stand push ups
12 kb swings, 50lbs
I got 12 rounds plus one more muscle up.

My CrossFit partner (Michael) is gone till Friday. I haven’t done a CrossFit WOD by myself for a long time. Definitely is difficult to push yourself hard without no body next to you to compete with. I need my CrossFit partner back!!!

I just realized why it took me so long on the wod today. I was carrying 20# dumbells (one on each hand) overhead instead holding it on the shoulders. So stupid!
